With comprehensive coverage of subjects like antique reproduction, modern artist, cloth, sculpting, costuming, along with accessories and artist profiles, each issue of Doll Crafter & Costuming is filled with quality photographs and at least one full pattern. Doll Crafter & Costuming also co-sponsors the "Discover!" show, which is held each August for doll and teddy bear makers. This convention includes competition, educational workshops, lectures by industry leaders and an awards banquet is held in Washington, D.C.
